LG G Pro Lite with 5.5-inch display, dual-SIM launched in India at Rs. 22,990

 

News: LG G Pro Lite, a low-cost, dual-SIM variant of the company's Optimus G Pro smartphone, has been launched for the Indian market at Rs. 22,990.

The LG G Pro Lite was first unveiled earlier this month, with announced availability for Latin America, followed by markets in Asia, Russia, China, India and the Middle East. The G Pro Lite was recently also listed in India at Snapdeal at a discounted price of Rs. 18,300, which has now been revised to Rs. 19,990.

The newly launched LG G Pro Lite comes with dual-SIM support with dedicated hot key and also comes bundled with stylus pen. It features with 5.5-inch IPS display with a qHD resolution of 540x960 pixels. The G Pro Lite is powered by a dual-core 1GHz MediaTek 6577 processor along with 1GB of RAM.

The new LG phablet runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and packs a 3,140mAh removable battery. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI and also houses a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The G Pro Lite includes 8GB of inbuilt storage with microSD card support. It is 9.4mm thick, and weighs 161 grams.

नई दिल्ली। आने वाले दीवाली के पर्व पर कार्बन ने खूबसूरत तोहफे के रूप में सस्ते एंड्रायड फोन को बाजार में उतारा है। 7500 रुपये से कम कीमत पर कार्बन ने इस दीवाली को और जगमगाने के लिए कार्बन ए 90, कार्बन ए16, कार्बन ए35 और कार्बन ए99 लांच किया है। इसमें से कार्बन ए90 और कार्बन ए35 2जी स्मार्टफोन है जबकि 3जी सपोर्ट के साथ कार्बन ए99 और कार्बन ए16 है।

कार्बन ए99- इसमें आधुनिक एंड्रायड 4.2 जेली बिन ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, 1.3 जीएचजेड डुअल कोर प्रोसेसर और 4 इंच आइपीएस डिसप्ले है। साथ ही इसमें 1400 एमएएच बैटरी, 5 मेगापिक्सल रियर कैमरा, डुअल सिम, 512एमबी रैम, 4 जीबी रोम, वाई-फाई, जीपीएस है और इसकी कीमत 6,590 रुपये है।

Alcatel One Touch Evolve and Fierce coming to T-Mobile this October

Not only is Alcatel One Touch on a roll in Europe and Asia, it's starting to make more strides in the US. Sure, this isn't the company's first rodeo in this neck of the woods -- the Shockwave came to US Cellular last fall, while the Idol has been available online as an unlocked handset for a few months -- but it's refreshing to see it get its foot in the door with one of the big four networks. This morning, Alcatel announced that it has two budget-friendly devices coming to T-Mobile next month: the Evolve (pictured above) and the Fierce (pictured below).

The Fierce is the nicest of the pair, featuring a 4.5-inch qHD display with a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, 1,800mAh battery, 5MP rear camera and Android 4.2. The Evolve, on the other hand, has a 4-inch WVGA screen, Android 4.1, 1GHz MT6575 SoC, 4GB total storage, microSD support up to 32GB, a 5MP rear camera and 1,400mAh battery. Certainly prime material for the budget category; the Fierce will come in silver and slate and will retail for $170 off-contract (that's $20 down with monthly payments of $6), while the Evolve will start at $100 off-contract ($28 down with $3 monthly payments). Alcatel tells us that both phones will be offered for a slightly lower cost during the holiday season, in case you're looking for a more basic smartphone for the kiddos.
